Puppetry & Mindfulness

Open to All Ages

Join us for this weekend program to explore the relationship between the ancient art of puppetry and the Buddhist tradition of mindfulness meditation. Participants can expect to learn the foundations of meditation practice, how to apply that mindfulness to activities "off the cushion", and dive into the core of puppet animation through solo and group activities.
