Mindfulness for Treatment of Trauma & Anxiety

Mindfulness For Mental Health Practitioners

Designed for Mental Health Practitioners

This retreat is designed to help mental health practitioners deepen their understanding of techniques useful in guiding clients to work with trauma response patterns and anxiety symptoms.
(This retreat is limited to mental health practitioners only)

Incorporating Mindfulness & Meditation

We will explore several selected Buddhist principles, and learn how mindfulness and awareness can be accessed through meditation practice to help us relate to our own experience of discomfort, as a means to aiding clients to be more in tune and accepting of theirs. Our work together will be aimed at helping us to guide clients in navigating their own emotional experience with greater awareness and acceptance.

Experiential Learning

Our intention is to foster a shared learning experience. With fellow practitioners, you'll participate in experiential exercises and explore what we practice through engaging group discussions. This collaborative environment will serve to promote personal growth and collective wisdom, equipping you with tools and techniques to take back with you to your professional practice.
