Around the family dinner table so much juicy “life stuff” happens. Someone hogs all the mashed potatoes, someone is way too loud, someone is way too quiet, another person is non-stop jokes, and we are…. what are we? When you sit at the holiday dinner table what is the role that you assume? Why do you assume that role? Is it different this year than it has been in years past? Given all that has unfolded in the year 2020, are we all different people than we were just last year? Or, at our core are we the same as we have always been?

Join us via Zoom for an hour of reacquainting, an hour of sitting with the Karmê Chöling residents and an hour and a half of eating together and sharing stories, fears, hopes, disappointment and aspirations.
And no one’s going to tell you to put away your screens at the dinner table.
